Aaron,
We attended City Church together, and I always have had a deep respect for you. We haven't had many conversations, but in our interactions, I felt you have an aurora of leadership that cannot be ignored. Giving people power can be a scary thing, but you are a man that can be trusted with it, and I hope that you will continue to be blessed with more influence and responsibility.
I believe you have the ability to make an enormous impact on the lives of many young men and their communities. The energy and influence I see in you come from a place of deeply knowing yourself and self-respect. Respect is an interesting connector that crosses economics and cultural boundaries. It opens doors to the hearts of men who would otherwise be closed off. You are a respected man, and because of that, you can speak words into men that will connect where other people's words fall short.
Aaron, I want to encourage you to use your platform and use your words. They yield power, and I can see you speaking life, honor, and respect into others. I hope your life has been treating you well, brother, and pray our paths to get to cross one day again.
